About URTHWEAR

URTHWEAR is our vision of fashion consumerism in civilization 2.0. Through beautiful and better fashion choices, we’re working to co-create a sustainable and compassionate new future that proactively considers each choice as a vote on our collective future.

All of our products are entirely free of animal byproducts as well as animal testing, and each item adheres to our strict sustainability standards.

Entirely animal and cruelty-free, the products we list are shaping the future. From activewear made from recycled trash, shoes made from vegetable leathers, streetwear made from organic materials and much more, we curate, produce, and inspire some of the world’s most beautiful and innovative apparel.

No. We do not carry any product that uses any material or ingredient derived from harvesting any animal or creature byproducts of any kind.

As such, it is our priority to expand the capacity for compassion, empathy, and love in our mission to create a more sustainable world of fashion.

Any product earning our White Label or Black Label is entirely vegan, produced with fair labor standards, in line with our sustainability spectrum, and free of all material composition we’ve prohibited from the category.

Products marked with our Black Tag are at the highest level of our sustainability standard. Such products are composed from predominantly proactive sustainability practices applied across labor, materials, manufacturing, distribution, and social activism.

We've partnered with One Tree Planted to plant one tree for every $75 spent on our website, in any of our marketplaces or in any of our stores.

We plant our trees in the Amazon, Australia, and other parts of the world prioritized by current events.

Orders

Since we carry a growing number of brands from all around the world some of our items will fit differently than others. Please use the Size Chart, available on the product page of an item, to determine your size.

In some cases we may offer a price match adjustment upon review. Please contact us at hello@urthwear.com along with the appropriate details.

No. Other than gift cards and gift codes, promo and discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount or promo code per order.

Yes! Our gift cards do not expire and can be used in-store or online, which makes them the perfect gift for anyone.

Just send us an email at hello@urthwear.com with a link to the item you’d like to purchase in your desired size and one of our associates will assist.

All orders begin the process of distribution promptly after being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel, edit or reroute an order. If we are unable to edit, stop or reroute an order in time, please contact us after the order has arrived to process a return shipment.

Yes! If you’d like gift wrapping, just let us know in the notes section when you are checking out.

Currently, gift cards purchased online can be used only online and gift cards purchased at retail stores can be used only at our stores.

Orders placed by 2PM PST time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM PST are processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping transit time is dependent on the shipping method you select. Our Standard Free U.S. Shipping service has an average transit time of 3 - 5 days.

Yes! Simply use the address of the store you'd like to pick up from. The order will be shipped to that store and held for you on location. You'll get an email once your order has arrived on location and is ready to be picked up during standard business hours.

You can track your order by using the order number provided after checkout. You can track your shipment by using the shipping tracking number provided to you via email and made available in your URTHWEAR Account.

Yes! Each of our items list from which of our stores the item can be made available for pick up, during standard business hours. Please allow 4 hours for orders to be made ready for pick-up.

If your shipment tracking indicates a delay or problem and/or if more than the appropriate number of days have passed since your shipment date, please contact us at hello@urthwear.com for assistance.

Returns + Exchanges

All orders begin the process of distribution promptly after being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible to update a shipping address. If we are unable to reroute an order in time, please contact us after the order has arrived to process a return shipment.

A gift receipt works essentially the same as a regular receipt. Just ask your gift recipient to contact us at hello@urthwear.com to facilitate any returns or exchanges per our Shipping and Refunds Policy.

Log in to your URTHWEAR account and choose "My Orders" on the menu. Click the "Details" button next to the item you wish to return, then the "Return Item" button, and fill in the form. Once you verify your information and submit, you will receive a return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label within 24 hours.

If you don't have a URTHWEAR account and checked out as a guest, you can start the return process by emailing returns@urthwear.com or by clicking the link in your confirmation email.

Please note, all returns and exchanges must adhere to our Shipping + Returns Policy.

Yes, our stores will accept any valid return on location according to our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Refunds are processed on your original form of payment, within 2 - 3 business days from receipt of your return shipment. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for refunds to appear on your original form of payment.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for orders outside of the U.S. We kindly ask that you put in a return request and place another order.

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 business from our warehouse in California. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you select.  Our Standard International Shipping service has an average transit time of 8 - 10 days. You’ll receive a tracking number and notification once your order is processed and shipped.

It depends on the country you’re located in. In some cases, deliveries are shipped without any duties or taxes due and in other cases you may have to pay these fees at checkout or upon delivery. We suggest you look up your country’s duties and tax regulations on international shipments before placing your order.

Duties and taxes paid on international orders are nonrefundable with the exception of orders shipping to Canada.

"Final Sale" means the item cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange. If an item is marked “Final sale,” it will be listed on the product page.

General

Yes! While the majority of our brands carry sizes xs - xl and 00-14, we have a growing number of items in Extended Sizes and our Petite sizes are coming soon. We’re working hard to partner with more sustainable brands that offer inclusive sizing because every body shape deserves to look good and do good.
